This was said to me last weekend by one of our lovely locals, as I rushed off to my Open Homes – the conversation related to us always being busy…
Then, another of our charming locals, who is a great supporter and the provider of many laughs, delivered a very generous gift to the MBPS Team – the sign seen here hanging around Mr. Jeeves neck! Phil, alias “Pearl” is endeavouring to encourage us to work less and celebrate more! Well… ‘Tis the season to be jolly!!.....' Personally, I think we should ‘work more’… But then I have a hidden agenda!!!
On the sales front –
The 2 bedroom apartment in Sunbird Beach Resort went unconditional this week, much to the delight of all parties, including Carmen! However, to the disappointment of a number of buyers, who were waiting for the Contract to go unconditional and are now lined up to buy a similar apartment in Sunbird…
The Waratah apartment went out to “the market” this week, bringing lots of enquiry – so we envisage a quick sale!
We did have a settlement this week in Conjunction with another agency - so not our listing. We would, however, like to congratulate our Buyers who have just taken possession of their new holiday home in Oscar on Main!
On the Property Management front -
We simply need more listings!!

Christmas Carols
Christmas is fast approaching and there are many Christmas Carols being held in the coming weeks. This weekend the Broadbeach Christmas Carols are being held on Saturday 9th December and at Coolangatta on Sunday 10th December. Off the Beach Catamarans
Southport Yacht Club holds racing generally on Saturday's, Wednesday twilight's and special events for all OTB Cats to participate and they currently have a variety of Cats competing, including but not limited to Nacra, Hobie, A Class, Tornado. New members and visiting sailors are most welcome. OTB Catamarans Championship Series Race 4 is being held on Saturday 9th December, 2017.
