I came home tonight to write the Newsletter over a glass of red, as I am told it is at it’s best when I do… Then I came out onto the balcony, with my red, to call a friend prior to settling down to write our weekly update. As you can see it was very inviting, so I thought - no Newsletter tonight… Then I took this photograph to share with my friend and decided to share with you all. I think you will agree, this Main Beach living is pretty good!

In brief, we have had an incredibly productive and busy start to the New Year! Main Beach in general is full of life and 'busy', which is great....

We have a variety of properties coming onto the market in the near future, including the 2 bedroom apartment in De Ville, that we mentioned last week. It is now showing on our website and is featured below. It has not yet been released to ‘the market’, however, can be viewed by appointment with Shelley – 0408 000 088.

We also have a new listing in Contessa, which will go to market next week – a very nicely renovated, 3 bedroom apartment on level 20. Well worth viewing and available by appointment any time. Please call Cherie – 0418 883 552.
