Always believe that something wonderful is about to happen!

I learnt a good lesson last night – don’t exchange the glass of red for a ‘scotch on ice’, you will go to sleep and not get the Newsletter written…… We had a long hot day yesterday and when I finally arrived home to settle down to write the Newsletter it was so warm, I traded my glass of red for a ‘scotch on ice’… So, my apologies for the very late Newsletter!

Thus, an early start this morning in an attempt to at least highlight our New Listings and our Open Homes.

The 3 bedroom apartment in Contessa, we mentioned last week, went “live” this week and is featured below. It is Open for Inspection today, Saturday and Sunday between 10 and 11 am. We have had another incredibly busy and good week, as here's to another great year!

There has been a lot of activity on Tedder Avenue this week, with the shops, restaurants and bars all being very busy, which is great!! Is it the Festive Season, the Magic Millions, or just becoming the ‘trend’ again?

We know there is something in the air when not only did Mr. Jeeves get kidnapped (or ducknapped…) but he ended up in one of our luxury apartment buildings enjoying the facilities.... We did start to worry that he would not be returned when photos started to flow in of him in the pool, in the garden, relaxing on the foyer lounge and on the sun lounges…… We and others have had lots of laughs thanks to our friendly kidnapper, who did ‘eventually’ bring Mr. Jeeves home before dark – only just. We will endeavour to share his adventures next week by video.
