Whilst looking for an appropriate quote this week, I stumbled upon the following and thought I should share - 3 Simple Rules:
1. If you do not GO after what you want, You’ll never have it;
2. If you do not ASK, The answer will always be NO;
3. If you do not STEP FORWARD, You’ll always be in the SAME PLACE.
How true!
On the Sales front this week:
The “A Style” apartment in Sunbird Beach Resort, which we mentioned previously, has finally come onto the market. Listed at $839,000, this 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 car space apartment has million dollar views from Coolangatta to Stradbroke Island – you may think we are exaggerating, so best to view for yourself…. It is featured below and can be inspected at any time by appointment, so please call Shelley, or attend the Open Home between 11 and 11:30 am on Saturday.
Shelley has also listed a “J” Style apartment in Atlantis East, with stonking views (Shelley’s words...). Located on Level 26 and renovated to a high standard, this apartment offers real value at $979,000. The apartment will not yet be presented to the market and is being initially offered to our own clients only. So, once again, please call Shelley to arrange an inspection.
We also have a new listing in The Inlet. An ‘A’ style apartment on level 5, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with 1 car space, in original condition and listed at $845,000 – again real value! The annual free event features the Australian Sand Sculpting Championships, drawing thousands of spectators to admire some of Australia's and the world's most talented sculptors, as they carve life-sized masterpieces over the weekend 9th - 11th February. Watch as mermaids and mythical creatures develop rapidly along the foreshore, with each sculpture encapsulating a different sporting theme.

GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ ATTEMPT
Forming part of the upcoming Sand Safari Festival (February 9 to 25), the GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ title attempt. Organisers are hoping to attract approximately 1,000 registered participants to gather on the iconic sands of Surfers Paradise Beach to build 3,000 x 60cm high sandcastles in 60 minutes.
People of all ages can participate by registering as a solo, group or team of five in one of three categories - 'Family Fun', 'Agile & Abled' and 'Deadly Serious' - depending on your level and ability.
Gold Coasters are eager to break the current Guinness World Records™ title holder for most sandcastles built in one hour, which saw 2,230 sandcastles built in Germany in 2013. Join in and help to win this title and make international history!
