We received this photograph after last week’s Newsletter, so we thought we would share, as it is a great photo of Raelene Boyle carrying the Baton down Tedder Avenue, past MBPS! We have been receiving very positive reports about the success of the Games, not just the Aussie Team’s achievements, but in general. We would like to thank all the wonderful volunteers!
We must say it has been another quiet week in Tedder Avenue, however, we are looking forward to Main Beach coming alive again this weekend. In particular, on Sunday, with the Marathon coming through. For those of us who have not been able to attend all the other great sporting events, it will be an opportunity for us to show our support!
We have been working hard, as usual, this week… We are very excited to have a new listing in The Inlet! A 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, with 2 car spaces and storage, listed at $1,148,000. It will be released to the market next week, however, in the meantime it is available for inspection by appointment. Please contact Carmen.

Mr. Jeeves....
Mr Jeeves has been hugely popular this week with all his medals and the Aussie flag… We have had lots of fun, with countless photos and selfies being taken. Some of you may wonder where Mr. Jeeves’ wardrobe comes from… So, I thought I would share a story with you - the Sunday before the Games commenced, when I just happened to be in the office, Wendy and her husband arrived on their push bikes – specially to try a pair of shoes on Mr. Jeeves – seriously!!! The bad news is – they didn’t fit, so off they went to get another, 2 sizes larger, as his foot size is apparently very deceiving… Now, that is dedication for you! Whilst in Pacific Fair, Wendy was amazed to be greeted by one of our lovely locals, who said how much he enjoys Mr. Jeeves and his various outfits – so well worth the effort… Thank you Wendy!
