However, we remember and thank all those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom and Country on this Anzac Day - Lest We Forget!
This Anzac Day, Wednesday 25th April, 2018, the final year of the Anzac Centenary, marks the 103rd anniversary of the landings at Gallipoli and the 100th anniversary of the Battle of Villers-Bretonneux in France, in which 2400 Australians died fighting alongside the British to push back a German spring offensive.
Sometimes we do not appreciate just how very lucky we are…..

At MBPS this week - busy again and a late Newsletter, once again... I have to admit, it is because I “fancied” a drink… Today at around 4:30 pm after a very busy day all round, I said to the ‘Team’ – “Let's have a drink” – which, I must add, we had at our desks… We had a toast to all our achievements over the past few months that we have not had an opportunity to celebrate together! Including, the settlement today of the Contract on Apartment 89 Xanadu – Congratulations to our happy Seller and Buyers! Also, to Carmen who negotiated the sale!
Also, this week Apartment 21 Xanadu East went under contract, so once again, Congratulations to the Seller’s and Buyers and to Carmen and I who work together on the Sale.
After a relatively 'slow' couple of weeks with the Commonwealth Games, we have been very busy again with buyer activity – so watch this space!
The Inlet apartment listed with Carmen last week has now “gone live” and is featured below. Also featured below is Cable Beach, with the Sellers very motivated and now asking for “Offers Over $750,000” – Ridiculous Value!!
