This week at MBPS
I may not be there yet, but I am closer than I was yesterday….
Our saying this week seemed very appropriate for a number of reasons…. Firstly, and most importantly we have been working on a number of offers that are near to coming to fruition…. ‘Closer than yesterday’! Secondly, I am “almost” back on deck! I am certainly back to my old habits – starting the Newsletter at 7:30 pm over a glass of red, or two….
I must apologise for the lack of Newsletter last week - for those of you who noticed – we were all so busy, we simply ran out of steam….. Now, I would love to tell you why, however, it is all ‘a work in progress’, which I believe will equate to good news next week for our Sellers and Buyers.
We are very excited to report on the arrival of Bella, 2 - seen in the photograph here…. She is yet to be released to the public, as she is badly in need of detailing and registration, however, she will soon be seen around Main Beach!
On the Sales front this fortnight, we have just listed a 3 bedroom villa on Cronin Avenue at $1,300,000 and a 2 bedroom apartment in Kings Row Centre listed at $455,000, which are only being presented to our clients at this stage. The 2 bedroom apartment in ‘Penola Court’ has a price reduction and is now listed at $395,000. Apartment 1304 ‘Maldives’ has also been reduced to $408,000 – both are great opportunities to invest in Main Beach.
The Seychelles apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 car spaces has returned to market at $699,000 and is featured below, together with the 2 bedroom, one bathroom apartment in Hibiscus on the beach, which is listed at $695,00.
We have had two settlements - Apartment 21 Monte Video, which settled today and Apartment 111 Xanadu, which settled last week. Congratulations to the happy Sellers and Buyers and to Shelley an myself who negotiated the sales.
