This week at MBPS
Age is not important – unless you are cheese….
I could not resist our saying this week – it seemed so appropriate… And, I feel like sharing some ‘hip’ jokes, as that is all I have been hearing about lately… No, that is definitely not a complaint - it is just part of our lovely caring community! So “thank you” to all of you, who have passed on your good wishes for my speedy recovery, which was actually pretty easy… I am fast becoming the “hip replacement” advocate of Main Beach – I can highly recommend it! As one of our lovely locals said, so “hip, hip and away”… ENOUGH!!!
Now for the release of our new little Bella 2, which will be registered tomorrow – “MBPS 2”. So, if you see us around town, please give a waive! She is gorgeous – or am I bias? Sadly, as the old saying goes ‘out of tragedy comes triumph’ …
Before we go on with “business’ I thought I would share a few more sayings that Wendy kindly provided today, which really made me laugh:

The latter appeared particularly appropriate, as I am currently attempting to catch up on ‘our accounts’, over a glass of red, of course – chaos is an understatement…
Now to business - The MBPS Team’s efforts over the past couple of weeks have come to fruition, in part, with both Apartment 5A The Inlet and 3C Sunbird going under contract this week. Well done Team! And, there are more in the pipeline…
Also, a settlement this week, congratulations to the happy Sellers and Buyers of Apartment 42 ‘The Meriton’ and well done to Shelley, who facilitated the sale.
Tania, together with our Property Management Team, has also been very busy with 2 new properties for rent, being an unfurnished 2 bedroom apartment in Main Place, listed at $460.00 per week and a furnished 3 bedroom apartment in Yachting Towers with Broadwater views, listed at $570.00 per week. We have also leased the Norfolk Apartment at $690.00 per week and the Xanadu East Apartment at $750.00 per week. Another great effort from the Property Management Team!
