Before we tell you about our busy week, we would like to thank our friend Roger for adding to last week’s saying – “Age is not important – unless you are cheese…. OR A GOOD RED WINE” – How did I not think of that?
It has been a very good and busy week at MBPS, with three new Contracts, one settlement and a new listing…
Now under Contract - Apartments 17 Kings Rows Centre, 1003 Liberty Pacific and 55 Ocean Sands. Well done Carmen – and me! Also, Apartment 5A The Inlet is now un-conditional!
The Contract on Apartment 21A Sunbird settled this week. Congratulations to the happy Sellers and Buyers. Also, to Shelley, who negotiated the sale!

For those of you who are not lucky enough to be here sharing our ‘winter warmth’ and sunshine…. Some Tedder Avenue news… Hard Coffee has been totally revamped and re-opened within a week by its former owner Donna Joris – It looks amazing! Dave Barron purchased the restaurant from Donna eight years ago. We would like to say welcome back to Donna and a fond farewell to Dave!

Mr. Jeeves....
And, his mystery assistant.....
It has also been quite a week for Mr. Jeeves, with a couple of mysterious incidents…. Firstly, on Saturday morning Wendy arrived at the office to find four colourful little ducks looking in at Mr. Jeeves. They mysteriously appeared overnight, and we must thank whoever supported these ducklets in getting to our door for providing so many laughs to so many people. It set a lot of conspiracy theories, of who, how and where they came from! Still unknown…..
Then on Monday, I walked out of the shop and there was Mr. Jeeves standing on the rooftop of Bella 2….
