Apartment 18C The Inlet went under unconditional Contract. So, congratulations to the happy Sellers and Buyers! Also, to Carmen and myself, who negotiated the sale!
We need more “stock”!! Amongst our enquiries, we have buyers for a “H” style apartment in Atlantis East or West; a one bedroom in Deville; a 2 bedroom, “plus” in Ocean Sands. We also have several buyers for ‘land’ for re development, i.e. Villas/Townhouses. So, if you are thinking of selling, please allow us the privilege of at least providing you with an Appraisal. We will provide honest feedback as to market value!
Whilst we have been busy again this week, to say the least… we still have time to ‘chat’ on the footpath and appreciate our wonderful Main Beach Community!
Speaking of Main Beach…. We have a couple of new “pop up shops”. Andiamo, out of Sydney, has “popped up” at 27 Tedder Avenue, offering a great selection of women’s clothing at value for money. I did a little bit of ‘damage’ there myself today….. Also, the local artists, who we supported with the garage sale last year, have “popped up” with their art on display at Shop 4, 25 Tedder Avenue, where Maryon’s shoes were located – well worth a look! They are yet to complete their display with other works from local artists....
The MBPS Team are also supporting a great cause - the St John's Crisis Care Centre, a 35 year old service to the needy and homeless of Surfers and environs, who are holding a luncheon and auction fundraiser at Edgewater, Isle of Capri on Friday 10 August between 12- 3pm. We would invite everyone to support this cause by attending the luncheon. If you are able to support this worth cause, please call the restaurant directly on 5570 1624 to join the MBPS table (booked under Annette Sinclair).
