We would like to welcome our new Team member, or new MBPS’er, as she called herself – Bren Kleinert, who is our operational JOAT (Jill of All Trades) at the moment!  Bren is focusing on a few new and exciting projects we have coming up!   She may be the beginning of our Newsletter being sent out at a more reasonable hour, or at least getting out….. 

Our apologies, we know a few of our readers ‘missed’ our Newsletter last week – that’s because we failed to send it…..  I can now not recall what happened, other than the day and obviously the night ran out….  Perhaps I did not have time for that ‘glass of red’!! 

So, to recap on the past two weeks:

We have had two settlements - Apartment 3 The Meriton and Apartment 28 Aloha Lane.  Congratulations to the very happy sellers and buyers. Also, congratulations to Carmen and myself who negotiated the Contracts!

The new listing in Chidori Court, featured in our last newsletter, is already under Contract!  It just goes to show that you must ‘strike while the iron’s hot’.

Also, under Contract is Apartment 2 in Cable Beach Apartments – its value finally being appreciated!

Featured below is the 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Hibiscus, located ‘on the beach’!  The apartment has only been released to the market this week and is a must view!  So please call Shelley to arrange an inspection, whilst it is available….
