Usually we are reporting on Mr. Jeeves being kidnapped, but for a change tonight it was me… Well, a slight exaggeration - I was actually willing and unexpectedly whisked away to join a friend for dinner at Hot Shott this evening, where they were celebrating two years in Main Beach. Congratulations to Kellie, Jenna and staff who rolled out a delicious gourmet ‘Seafood Seaduction Dinner’! They were supported by a full house of locals, with complaints only from those were too late with their reservations….. I was lucky enough to be the last minute stand in ‘date’ for my friend, whose daughter could not keep the date – lucky me! Thus, once again, the late edition of the Newsletter….
Also, celebrating their 2nd year in Main Beach is our beautiful florist shop, Flowers on Tedder, so Congratulations Margot and Nikki!
To say we have had another busy week at MBPS would be an understatment. We have four new listings, all being presented only to our own client database, at this stage - a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, with 2 car spaces in Sainte Maxime listed at $585,000, a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with fabulous views in Ocean Park Towers listed at $589,000, a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Main Beach Tower listed at $610,000 and a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Oscar On Main listed at $680,000. We are currently awaiting photography on all four apartments, which we will feature next week, however, in the meantime, please call either Shelley on 0408 000 088, or myself, for further information.
We have also had 3 settlements this week - 17 Kings Row Centre, 2 Cable Beach and 32 Contessa. So, Congratulation to all of our happy sellers and buyers and also to Carmen and myself, who facilitated the sales.
On the Property Management front, we have good news and bad news – the good news is that we have filled all of our vacancies and the bad news is we have tenants still looking for rentals - well not such back news.... So, once again, now would be the perfect time to act if you are thinking of leasing your property. Tenant enquiry is high and stock is low!

On the Gold Coast…
Farmyard Fun Day – Sunday 23rd September
What a great way to start the School Holidays! Give the kids a taste of country life when the Broadwater meets the bush at the Farmyard Fun Day.
This action packed day will host the sheep herding, pig racing, horse and carriage rides, barnyard babies, sheep shearing, cow milking and the amazing horse trick show.
Bring a picnic or enjoy the food available on site from our local food trucks on Sunday 23rd September, 2018 between 9:00am and 2:00pm at the Broadwater Parklands.
