This week at MBPS

Well, what a week, as you can see here we really got into the swing of the GC600…. I am captured with our good friend “Pearl”. I know, I look like I am wearing one of the flags, but I actually bought the top some years ago and wore it today specially to feel a part of the ‘event’…. I think these ‘yes’ moments could get us into trouble!
Once again I am writing to you late after a very eventful day…. A busy day chatting to the passer-byers – a bit of a pun…., as there were no buyers in sight! Then, whisked away to Manos for a catch-up drink with our lovely buyers of 5A The Inlet, Billie and Dougall. We look forward to telling you more about our new neighbour Billie, whose stage name is Billie Wilde….
I think this is our latest Newsletter ever – I did attempt to publish it late last night and again early this morning and in the end it was either the Newsletter or opening the Shop – the choice was obvious… As we are not inviting you to any Open Homes this weekend, I thought time was on my side. It is just not possible to conduct Open Homes during the GC600 this weekend, however, next week we will be back on track… Oops!
Some of the ‘jig saw puzzles’ have come together this week with a number of New Listings. We have another 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on Level 10 in Xanadu East, Apartment 30, which is listed at $848,000. It is Featured below, together with the 2 bedroom apartment in Sunbird, Apartment 14D, which is listed at $569,000 and went out to the market last week. We also have the opportunity to sell several properties, which have not yet been released to the market. On the Gold Coast…
GC 600 Supercars
GC 600 Supercars Tedder Avenue is of course in full swing for the GC 600 Supercars weekend…. There was great music in the street on Thursday to welcome the trucks carrying the racing cars and on Friday the jets flying over in rehearsal for the big event!
Mr. Jeeves is shown here in his racing outfit that we know secured our win in the Dress Your Residence/Business for the GC 600 Supercars Competition! We and many of our lovely locals were so excited!!
The judges said they were very impressed with Mr. Jeeves in his racing outfit and our efforts with the shop front.... all due to the big effort Wendy our inhouse “Duck Stylist” and Bren, who just got our entry in minutes before the deadline!
The MBPS team are thrilled to have won the 3-day track side tickets, which include the opportunity to go on a Pit/Garage Tour with the Ritchie Stanaway Team. A well-deserved reward indeed!
