We thought our saying this week was very in keeping with our business - yes, Real Estate... Although, with all our antics, you may wonder sometimes….
We were pleased to see so many families out ‘trick or treating’ in Tedder Avenue on Wednesday evening for Halloween - away from the TV and IPads…
Halloween, also known as All Saints' Eve, is not all about ‘trick or treat’, according to my favourite source of information, Wikipedia, it “is a celebration observed in several countries on 31 October, the eve of the Western Christian feast of All Hallows' Day. It begins the three-day observance of Allhallowtide, the time in the liturgical year dedicated to remembering the dead, including saints (hallows), martyrs, and all the faithful departed.”
I must apologise that we missed sending last week’s Newsletter. Each Friday we say “where did this week go” – last Friday I seemed to have missed that it was even Friday… I am sure you will all agree, someone has certainly sped up the clock in life! You could also be forgiven for thinking I missed this Friday, however, once again, I said “yes” and had a ‘dinner break’ prior to doing the Newsletter - so late again…. As I strolled back to the office I was so pleased to see Main Beach 'alive', with every restaurant and bar busy - music seemed to be coming from all angles. A really good vibe!
Although we have once again been extremely busy over the past couple of weeks, there is not a lot to report on the Real Estate front, as not all our activities have yet come to fruition... We have however, just released Mainway Lodge to the market, after our wonderful long-term tenants of 9 years (a family of 4) just expanded into a house. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, courtyard apartment, which is featured below, is listed at $495,000 and as our heading states, is “Truly a renovator’s rare find with huge potential!”.
We have also released a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Aloha Lane to our website only. It is listed at $430,000 and is also featured below.
We have a NEW listing in the sought after residential only complex, Spinnaker… A 3 bedroom apartment on Level 22, which is listed at $1,095,000 and will be presented to the market next week. In the meantime, it is available for inspection by appointment.
Please remember that we have several properties, which have not yet been released to the market. They include, but are not limited to, another fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment on a high floor in Xanadu East, which is listed at $930,000 and one of those sought after ‘courtyard’ apartments in Main Place, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with 2 car spaces! We have clients who are currently in the market to buy and who are looking for specific apartments. One such client is looking to purchase a mid to high level unrenovated, 2 bedroom, centre apartment in Liberty Panorama… Another, a mid to high floor apartment in Marquis. We also have good tenants looking for rental apartments, pending their ultimate purchase into Main Beach. We continue to have a high level of tenant enquiry which we simply cannot cater for, so now is the perfect time to list your property for rent! Our current tenants are obviously happy and not moving…

Trick or treat! Mr. Jeeves and his spooky caped accomplices… go totally ducky, batty, ghostly and scary… wishing you all a bewitching Halloween!
We had a number of tricker-treaters visit on Halloween evening and with Mr. Jeeves dressed for the occasion… we wouldn’t expect anything less. The children absolutely loved it and enjoyed getting their photos taken!
Now Mr. Jeeves is getting ready for the Melbourne Cup festivities on Tuesday 6th November. So, watch this space and good luck to everyone!!
