This week at MBPS

The busier you get, the more you get done...

Just when we thought we could not get any busier – we did!  I have been saying this to locals and visitors alike this week, who ask “how is business?” They all seem to expect a different answer, which reflects ‘media reports’… The market is said to be declining – not in Main Beach, or at least we have not seen any evidence of it.  We are busier than ever with no sign of a decline in the market here!  Great news for all our Sellers who have decided to ‘go to market’.

So, this week it is all about “us” – MBPS and our clients who have kindly entrusted us to sell their properties. We do not have any exiting new local news, or what’s on this week on the Gold Coast, or even about Mr. Jeeves, who is back in ‘civvies’ this week…

We have a number of new listings, although they will not all be highlight this week. They are all very diverse, providing a good mix to the market. They include – a beautiful 4 bedroom Villa at 3 Mountbatten Avenue, listed at $1,550,000, which is featured below and being offered to our clients only this week, prior to going to market.  Also, a 3 bedroom ‘beachfront’ apartment in Beachside Tower, with views from Coolangatta to Brisbane, listed at $1,265,000, which will be featured next week. They are both available to view at any time by appointment.

The “D” style, 3 bedroom apartment on Level 22 in Spinnaker, that we mentioned last week, has now been released to the market and is also featured below. It is listed at $1,095,000 and open for inspection this weekend. Also released to the market this week and featured below - the Level 23, 2 bedroom apartment in Xanadu, with 2 car spaces and amazing views, listed at $930,000 and the Courtyard apartment in Main Place, with 2 car spaces, listed at $529,000. As usual, we have several properties for sale, which have not yet been released to the market. They include two low floor apartments in Xanadu, one in the East and the other in the North and a completely renovated apartment on a mid floor in Xanadu North.
