That statement was to have been the beginning of our Newsletter this week and I was to have continued by sharing with you a photo or two of our welcoming the Curries to the MBPS Team last Friday night – the reason the Newsletter was late last week… Drinks were on us!  Well, last night was our MBPS Christmas party, so… This morning I have been attempting to put pen to paper (so to speak..) since 5 am, over a cup of tea…. I know that doesn’t sound like me, but a “Red” in the morning does not make for a ‘great day’! A long story short (also not like me..) I did not achieve writing all that I set out to write, so for now I am sending a very brief note to highlight our Open Homes, Price Reduction and Settlements!!!!

An additional distraction this morning was a telephone call at 5 am from a gentleman in the USA… He who was enquiring on Beachside Tower Apartment 12C, as he would like to retire to Australia and live on the beach!! Interesting, that we have not even listed the apartment on the ‘worldwide web’… When I enquired as to how he found us, he said he was not sure – “it just popped up on my screen”… I am guessing that the fact he has an apartment in Main Beach, Florida may have something to do with the “pop up” – amazing!

So, this week at MBPS –

We have a significant “price reduction” on Apartment 3 Mainway Lodge, which is now listed at $469,000 - “PRICED TO SELL”! It is well worth viewing and will be open for inspection today between 11 and 11:30 am. It is definitely a renovator!

Also featured below is a beautifully renovated apartment in Xanadu North listed at $928,000. It is being presented to our clients only, at this stage and is owner occupied, so available for inspection at any time by appointment.

We have also ‘inherited’ two properties for sale through our acquisition of the Peter Curried Real Estate rent roll – one in Southport and the other Biggera Waters. They appear to be exceptional value at $299,500 and $300,000 respectively. They can be viewed by appointment at any time.
