Happy Australia day! Whilst we all know that January 26 marks the landing of the First Fleet, Australia Day is about celebrating the values, freedoms and pastimes of our country and appreciating how lucky we are - So Enjoy!
Our quote this week came from one of our lovely supporters, who kindly responded to last week’s Newsletter, with “It seems that you have really started and are now in the next phase. Congratulations”. How lucky are we to have gathered such lovely friends and support over the years!
I know I ‘nag’ or is it ‘brag’… a little about this wonderful Main Beach Village and Community spirit, however, another example – Last weekend we were delayed after our Open Homes on Sunday with viewings at other properties, when one of our caring locals apparently realised that the sign on the shop door indicated that the Opens would finish at 1 pm and we had not returned to the office – he called my mobile and enquired “are you OK”?
More and more we are finding those looking to buy in Main Beach are ‘feeling’ the Village and Community spirit and realising the value in it!
Yes, we have been busy, once again, and Tedder Avenue continues to enjoy many holiday makers taking advantage of the beautiful weather on offer. We expect many more visitors this Australia Day Long Weekend and Mr. Jeeves is all set to join in the celebrations!
