The early bird catches the worm…
WOW, the Newsletter is on time and even a little early… Yes, it is me - I am still here! And, the ‘early’ Newsletter is thanks to Carmen, who finally returned from the USA last week. Then this week, not realising how very busy we have been in her absence or knowing that so many people have been saying “you really should get the Newsletter out earlier”…. Carmen made the mistake of saying “do you think you could get the Newsletter out early this week”… Well, a red rag to a bull but thus, here I am.
According to Carmen, an earlier Newsletter last week may have teased more buyers into coming to the Open Homes – do you think?
So, let’s see if Carmen’s theory works – please all come to the Open Homes this weekend!
On that note, a big WELCOME BACK from holidays Carmen and Wendy, we've missed them! Plus, as you know we’ve been totally run off our feet while they’ve been away so we’re doubly happy they’re back - looks like they are pretty happy to be back!!
Carmen, only back a week and has a great new listing in Pacific Views, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and those 2 sought after car spaces, at only $759,000 – oh, with magnificent views! It is featured below.
As usual, there are other things brewing, that have not yet come to fruition, so please watch this space.
We have had three Settlements this week, so congratulations to the happy Sellers and Buyers of Axis 503, Sainte Maxime 11 and Peak Lodge Apartment 7, which did not even go out to the market!!!
We are, as usual, always looking for properties to Lease for the good tenants who we meet along the way. Including right now great tenants, who must vacate a sub-penthouse as the ‘owners are returning’. So, we must find them a quality apartment within the next few weeks.

A special member of the MBPS family, Pearl, celebrated his birthday today. We knew he’d be wandering past the office on his way to the festivities so we surprised him with his own Mr Jeeves birthday greeting! Especially fitting that the message was attached to the ‘Champagne is the answer’ signboard that Pearl had given us some time ago and regularly adorns Mr Jeeves.
