According to Dictionary.com the definition of productivity: “the quality, state, or fact of being able to generate, create, enhance, or bring forth goods and services.”
I believe that applies to us at MBPS… Particularly, as this week we have:
Listed 3 new properties – all 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with 1 car space and all of which are featured below –

Sold – 2 properties, with both Contracts already unconditional –

Well, I think that is enough for one week and as I have been researching “Busy vs. Productivity”, I have come to the conclusion that we are busy being productive!

Main Beach News....
MB Spring Flower Festival
We went along this week to an Information Night for the inaugural Main Beach Spring Flower Festival, to be held on the weekend of 7-8 September this year. The Festival aims to capture the essence of – rather than simply recreate – the world famous RHS Chelsea Flower Festival, the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers, Canberra’s Floriade and Melbourne’s International Flower & Garden Show. The Festival will be a valuable addition to the cultural fabric of the Gold Coast.
As well as shining a spotlight on the Coast’s prettiest precinct, it will support local businesses and celebrate the talents of floral artists and local musical performers. Showcasing and promoting the very best of Main Beach, the Festival is designed to attract not only the Coast community, but all visitors from Brisbane and beyond.
The community Information Night held by the Main Beach Association presented the vision for the Festival - what it will comprise, what locations and highlights; suggestions how the whole community can be involved and will benefit, and the fundraising activities.
