Oops… I was obviously too busy and not so productive!
I was going to say it is all Carmen’s fault, because she plied me with Champagne instead of “a red” early last evening – after a BIG day! However, in reality it was simply my lack of attention – so I do apologies for the error in our Newsletter and the need for an “oops…” Newsletter.
The reason being, that as I read the Newsletter I wondered why Dian Currie, our PM Manager, was listed on one of our new Listings??? This is the OOPS - I picked up the wrong property to Feature… We also have a rental in Xanadu for $780 per week. So, the correct Xanadu apartment is Featured here. Apartment 5, with lovely views to the hinterland, as it wraps around the whole of the western side of Xanadu East and is listed at only $569,000!
Of course, all is not lost, if you are looking for a rental – you can’t beat Xanadu Apartment 107 at $780 per week!
