If You Want Something Done, Ask a Busy Person To Do It…
According to Quote Investigator: A popular proverb suggests that when you are faced with a large task you should call upon someone with an ongoing track record of accomplishment.
Here are three versions:
• If you want something done, ask a busy person.
• If you want anything done, ask a busy man.
• If you want work well done, ask a busy woman.
This notion has been attributed to top comedian Lucille Ball, statesman Benjamin Franklin, and epigrammatist Elbert Hubbard.

This week in Sales:
We have just listed an unbelievable property at an unbelievable price in Atlantis East. Two new listings this week, with a beautifully renovated, fully furnished, 2 bedroom apartment in Bougainvillea now available at $700 per week and a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, also renovated and fully furnished, in Norfolk at $850 per week. The apartments both have wonderful views.
We have also rented two 3 bedroom houses this week - one at 30 Milton Avenue, Runaway for $390 per week – crazy value! And, the other at Nerang for $450 per week…
The rent on the Duplex in Blake Street Southport has been reduced by $50 per week and is now available at $500 - a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with 1 car space – must be great value!
