For those of you who actually missed our Newsletter last week, and there were a few, for which we are thankful, our apologies – no excuse, other than we simply ran out of time! In keeping with our saying this week – the MBPS Team are “forces working together”…
So, MBPS over the past fortnight –
We are very excited to introduce you to a brave young man, Jordan Callaghan, who joined our MBPS Property Management Team as a Property Manager this week. I say ‘brave’, because as you know up until now, over recent years, we have been an all ‘female’ Team. Jordan with his experience and personality was impossible to resist, so the ‘trend’ has been broken – at least in Property Management… Jordan who is an accomplished Property Manager with experience across the real estate and finance industries brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. We would like wish Jordan a very warm welcome!!
We would also like to announce another change to our Team, with Bren, who joined us as my “JOAT” back in August 2018, has decided to join the Sales Team. Bren, a Main Beach local, comes with many years of experience in Sales, so we are very excited to have her on the sales side of the agency. In saying that, we/I will definitely miss her expertise in our Marketing area, amongst many other things……
Believe it or not there is still room for expansion and we are very keen to find more Sales Team members, who are of the same ‘ilk’, so to speak – warm friendly, open honest and prepared to give the utmost of service to our valued clients. So… you never know ‘who knows who’ and who might point a suitable ‘Salesperson’ our way.
I know I am always saying ‘watch this space’… but now that applies to another new Team member who will join us on Monday, Jennifer Lisle. We will introduce Jennifer to you next week, however, I mention her arrival now, as from Monday she will be our Property Management Division ‘Director of First Impressions’. So, as you can see, busy times…

Saint Patrick's Day
Mr Jeeves in is usual form is “dressed to the nines” to celebrating Saint Patrick’s Day on Sunday.
According to Wikipedia Saint Patrick's Day, “commemorates Saint Patrick and the arrival of Christianity in Ireland, and celebrates the heritage and culture of the Irish in general. Celebrations generally involve public parades and festivals, céilís, and the wearing of green attire or shamrocks. Christians who belong to liturgical denominations also attend church services and historically the Lenten restrictions on eating and drinking alcohol were lifted for the day, which has encouraged and propagated the holiday's tradition of alcohol consumption”.

Broadbeach Family St Patrick's Fun Day
