We all felt that our saying this week was very appropriate, given that we have been striving towards a number of successes over the past few weeks, which have, and are coming, to fruition. Not, however, without the dedicated work of the MBPS Team! Even I was allowed to have a ‘little finger in the pie’ from my holiday resort at the Gold Coast Private Hospital…
Well, I am back to my ‘old tricks’, late with the Newsletter, over a glass of ‘red’ or two… I am only back in the background, as I am not quiet ‘running around’, yet! However, if anyone would like my attention, I am only a phone call away… I cannot help myself!! I do look forward to ‘being on the street’ again soon, as that is my ‘fun’ and as I always say - it all comes down to ‘fun’… If you’re not having fun, then you’re doing something wrong!
Amongst our successes this fortnight are four New Contracts. Apartment 103 Xanadu, Apartment 20 Ocean Park Towers and Apartment 47 Atlantis East are all under Unconditional Contract and Apartment 5 Xanadu is under Conditional Contract. An incredible effort by the entire MBPS Sales Team!
There are others in the making, where the pieces of the Jigsaw puzzle have not quiet come together - so watch this space…

Join thousands of superhero fanatics on the streets of Broadbeach and watch as the city turns into a replica pop up of television, film and book characters alongside our very own local superheroes. The event starts on Friday 12th April through to Sunday 14th April.
Alongside the Supanova Comic Con & Gaming Expo taking place at the Gold Coast Exhibition and Convention Centre all weekend, there will be three days of intense superhero activity culminating in Australia’s only Supanova Superhero Parade on Sunday 14 April through the streets of Broadbeach.
