Our saying this week took us back to last year’s Easter Newsletter, when our local friend “Pearl” offered us the saying “All Good Eggs”! It seems like only a few months ago… and here we are again, wishing you all a very Happy Easter!!
We thought we would share another saying, that we know will amuse a number of our readers - “Golf is just the adult version of an Easter Egg Hunt"...
This week at MBPS:
Another successful week, with two Unconditional Contracts on the Villas at 3 Mountbatten Avenue, Main Beach. Whilst one is a long term settlement, Villa 2 will settle next month. A team effort by myself and Carmen, resulting in very happy Sellers.
The new listing we mentioned last week, the superb 3 bedroom waterfront home on the exclusive Isle of Capri, has been released to the market at $1,545,000 and is featured below. It really must be viewed to appreciate what is on offer! Please call us to arrange a private inspection at any time.
We have also received an exclusive authority to sell a 3 bedroom apartment in Pohlman Street, Southport, listed at only $420,000. This property presents great value as an investment, with potential rental income of $450 per week. Alternatively, it would make for a comfortable spacious home. We are currently awaiting photography, however, it will be released to the market next week.

Happy & Safe Easter wishes from Mr Jeeves!
As you can see, Mr Jeeves and his friends are all set for the Easter Long Weekend and were also on hand to share in the celebrations with one of our winners of the Mr. Jeeves Easter Colour-In Competition.
We received some very beautiful and colourful entries in our Colour-In Mr. Jeeves Easter Competition with participants ranging from 2 years of age to 12 years of age. The Panel of Judges, The MBPS Team, had a hard task choosing the overall winner of the competition, plus the winners of each of the ‘age categories’.

On the Gold Coast.....
Australian Street Entertainment Carnival
The Easter bunny won’t be the only one busy this Easter weekend - Surfers Paradise is hosting a free, four-day, family-friendly school holiday event bursting with live performances for the annual Australian Street Entertainment Carnival (ASEC).
Proudly presented by Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific in partnership with Surfers Paradise Alliance, the Australian Street Entertainment Carnival runs from 19-22 April and attracts some of the region's best buskers who will transform Surfers Paradise into a festival of performance, laughter and entertainment.
The carnival will come alive from 11am to 8pm daily throughout the long weekend, with performances taking place on the main stage in Cavill Mall and on the Surfers Paradise beachfront.
Visitors to the precinct can expect to see performers of all ages and of all skill levels with everyone from local street entertainers, professional performers and even industry newcomers invited to pick their position on the streets of Surfers Paradise to prepare to dazzle, amaze and inspire onlookers.
From the ever-popular dare-devil feats like knife and fire juggling to outrageous acrobatics, energetic dance, amazing music, and mysterious magic acts, there will be plenty of performances to keep the whole family entertained.
With such a vast range of performances on show, the carnival provides the perfect school holiday activity with families invited into the precinct to enjoy a day of laughter in the iconic beachside setting Surfers Paradise provides.
