This week at MBPS
You cannot have a rainbow without a little rain…
Notwithstanding the weather being a little unpredictable this past week or so, it has not dampened the spirit of the Village – with locals and visitors alike out and about enjoying the atmosphere of Main Beach! It is pretty special, this little Village, the Beach, the Cafes, Restaurants – what more could one want?
At MBPS this week we have continued to enjoy the Village and its locals and still managed to achieve…
We have presented to the market a one bedroom apartment in The Maldives, which is in a prime position and offers a profitable yield. The apartment, which is featured below, is listed at a very reasonable $338,000.
We have also been entrusted to sell another 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, centre apartment in Xanadu North, which will go to market next week at $850,000.
The 3 bedroom apartment in Pohlman Street, Southport, listed at only $420,000 has also now been released to the market and will be Open this weekend. This property presents great value as an investment, with potential rental income of $450 per week. Alternatively, it would make for a comfortable spacious home. The Contract on Atlantis East Apartment 47 settled today! So, congratulations to the happy Sellers and Buyers. Also, to Bren who negotiated the sale!
We really must congratulate Bren, who only moved into Sales two months ago and has already achieved two settled Contracts! Bren, a very experienced Sales person, original joined us as “operations manager” and did an incredible job of project managing the opening of our new Property Management Department. She then decided to transfer to Sales, which is clearly another of her fortes - so watch this space…
Speaking of Property Management – they are also achieving… Having leased the apartment in The Sands this week, with two other properties under application.
