My excuse for the late Newsletter this week is very feeble - I was searching until quite late for an appropriate and ‘funny’ saying which might capture the feeling ‘in the street’ over the past week, pending the ‘Federal Election’ today. Needless to say, that is not easy… As no doubt you have all experienced, the Federal Election always ‘slows us up’, whilst everyone waits for that uncertainty to become certainty…
We continued to be busy this week and there are ‘certainly’ Buyers around, some have even commented – “we are just waiting for the Election to be over…” So, roll on next week…
We did have a settlement this week – Congratulations to the happy Sellers and Buyers of Chidori Court Apartment 41! Also, to Carmen who facilitated the sale!
We also released Apartment 99 in Xanadu North to our database only this week. A very affordable Centre apartment on level 8, with great uninterrupted ocean views, listed at $850,000. It is Featured below and will be Open this weekend to view between 12 and 12:30 pm, straight after Apartment 30 in Xanadu East, another very affordable North East Corner at $832,500 – Open between 11:30 am and 12 pm. So, please do not miss these and our other Opens, as listed below.

Million Paws Walk
Million Paws Walk is RSPCA's flagship fundraising event and invites supporters and their dogs to unite in the fight against animal cruelty.
The event is celebrating its 25th year this year and will consist of the walk itself, along with entertainment, stalls, food vendors and dog-friendly activities.
All funds raised through ticket sales, online fundraising, and activities on the day go towards helping RSPCA continue to rescue, rehabilitate and re-home animals.
