We were provided with the poster shown below by Margot de Groot (Flowers on Tedder) to place in our shop window last week. It made me think, once again, for our great little village and the community spirit of Main Beach. So, we thought we would share the poster, which was the inspiration for our saying this week…
I know I have said this before, however, I am reminded almost on a daily basis of what a wonderful little ‘Village’ we live in. I am amazed at how many visitors comment on our ‘lovely Village’, it seems to be a little contagious, which is great for business in Main Beach, not just those of us selling property…
In Sales this week, the Team have been kept very busy, with buyer enquiry in some price guides increasing significantly. The “purely investment” buyers appear to still be holding back…
We are very fortunate to have a New Listing with 44 Oscar On Main going to market yesterday, after the same style, Apartment 53 in Oscar On Main, went under unconditional contract late last Friday. Apartment 44 is a beautifully presented 2 bedroom apartment in Oscar On Main on Level 12, which is listed at $785,000. It is featured below, together with the very large 2 bedroom Apartment in Park Lane, which we mentioned last week, listed at $799,000.

Gold Coast Philippine Festival
