This week at MBPS
Things are not always as they seem…
It would seem from our “news” this week that we have not been working, BUT we assure you, we have been - so, watch this space…
We have been very busy with buyers ‘doing their research’, some ready to buy now, others yet to sell to buy – at least there are buyers looking… Main Beach seems to be becoming increasingly very popular again with buyers appreciating the ‘Community’ and ‘Village’ that they are buying in to. I know, I say it all the time, however, to hear visitors saying it - on a daily basis - is great!
We are also very busy with Appraisals, some of which will become ‘New Listings’ and some will not…
This week we have been given the opportunity to sell a very spacious 1 bedroom apartment in Pacific Views. It is beautifully presented, having been newly updated and leaving nothing to be spent - so, don’t miss out!!
