This week at MBPS
We really need a day between Saturday and Sunday…
We have now decided we need a day between every day – but then, what would be the point….
As you may have gathered it has been an incredibly busy week, with simply not enough hours in the day. As I continue to say, ‘never complain when you are busy…’
We have had a wonderful week of Listing and Selling and happy clients, which is what it is all about!
At MBPS this week we have had 2 definite sales and 2 in the making… Apartment 16 Yachting Towers and Apartment 302 Park Lane are both under Contract.
We also have three New Listings:
Apartment 11 Pacific Views, a beautifully presented 1 bedroom, plus multipurpose area, with ocean views, which is listed at $420,000 and featured below. It will be Open this weekend both on Saturday and Sunday between 11:15 and 11:45 am;
Apartment 33 The Meriton, is a 2 bedroom apartment with great Broadwater views, which is being presented to our clients only this week, pending photography. It is listed at $630,000 and is also available to view by private inspection any time. So, please call Carmen to arrange – 0410 706 726.
Also, a 3 bedroom apartment in Golden Gate, which is listed at a very affordable $429,000. Again, it is being offered to our clients only at this stage and is also featured below. We have had a Settlement this week with Apartment 18 Carrington Court settling, so Congratulations to the happy Sellers and Buyers. The excitement of our young Buyer’s when they dropped in to collect the keys to their first new home, was the highlight for our day!
Property Management has also been very busy, having leased 5 Apartments this week - The Decks, The Crest, Woodrow Place, The Meriton and Ocean Park Tower, all in Main Beach. A great effort by Jordan Callaghan and the Property Management Team!!

Main Beach News...
Sundale Bridge and Waterways Drive Upgrade
As the gateway to a number of popular cultural precincts, the Sundale Bridge, Gold Coast Highway, Waterways Drive and Macarthur Parade are experiencing significant congestion.
Drivers travelling from The Spit to Southport can experience delays of up to 35 minutes during peak times. Without intervention, by 2041 the delay could increase by up to two hours.
To help keep traffic moving, we’re delivering a number of upgrades to increase network capacity along this popular route, including: addition of a fifth lane on the Sundale Bridge, and upgrading Waterways Drive, Macarthur Parade and associated intersections.
Early works commence late August with the relocation of services on the Sundale Bridge, and at the Macarthur Parade/Seaworld Drive intersection.
