This week at MBPS

Our saying this week is very appropriate, as we worked hard, played hard and laughed a lot this week… We have a rule in our organisation – “if you are not having fun, then don’t do it” and that makes for a very healthy environment…
This week, if as Norman Cousins said, “Laughter is inner jogging”, then we at MBPS covered a long distance… It seems to have been one of those weeks, where the laughter has flowed - perhaps our Melbourne cup “lunch break” in the Sales office ‘kick started’ it. It was lots of fun and laughter, with great food catered for by Main Wave Restaurant - see our collage below! The MBPS sweep was won by Jordan 1st, Jennifer 2nd, Bren 3rd. Bren also won the Mano’s sweep – so congratulations to all who had a win!
As you will see from the photo here, our Team has expanded… We have three new Team members who have joined us in recent weeks and we would like to welcome them to our Team. They are:
Samira Abi, my new assistant, who is not in our Melbourne Cup luncheon photo, as she was away on the day. Samira is gorgeous and very talented in so many ways. We are all enjoying having her as part of our Team – she also laughs a lot…
Rosa Wereksa, on the far right of our group photo. Rosa joined the Property Manager Team to manage our property portfolio outside of Main Beach, which now seems to cover the entire “Gold Coast” and stretches from Burleigh Heads to Pimpama – a huge job, which Rosa is managing very successfully! Rosa has run her own office previously and we are very pleased she came along just at the right time and has completed our Property Management Team!
Francesco Alessi, on the far left of the photo. We are very pleased to have Francesco, a very experienced and successful Sales Executive, as the first member of our NEW satellite office, “MBPS Gold Coast”. Francesco, who has been selling property all over the Gold Coast for the past 10 years, will provide a very valuable service to our clients, who own or are looking to buy or sell properties outside of our core area of Main Beach and Paradise Waters. His experience covers not only residential but developments and commercial. We are very excited with our new venture and to have Francesco as a member of our MBPS Team!
