Our Newsletter last week was to have highlighted the sad loss of Clive James. As happens from time to time, we ran out of time last week and did not send out our Newsletter… So, apologies, better late than never… “Clive James - poet, writer, wit, TV host, reviewer and climate sceptic - is dead.” Wrote the Herald Sun last week. Very sad news… With the passing of Clive James, went the passing of another era. As one of our locals said, “What a treat it was to have lived through the era of Clive James”!

At MBPS this last fortnight:
The ‘rustic old house’ and land at 34 Tedder Avenue is already “Under Contract”, although not yet unconditional. We will continue to market the property for the next 2 weeks pending the contract going ‘unconditional’, so please feel free to call for an inspection.
Apartment 10 Carrington Court is also under ‘conditional’ Contract! So, congratulation to the Sellers and Buyers and to Carmen, who bought the parties together.
Apartment 30 Xanadu East settled last week – so, once again, congratulations to the happy Sellers and Buyers and to Carmen and myself, who negotiated the Contract!
