I read somewhere that “Laughter is an important part of building a team” – it must be true, as we have an almighty Team. This week we joined together to celebrate the past year and the year to come at our ‘Team Christmas Party’… Well, I am sure our heads would have been very sore the next morning, if we hadn’t laughed so much. A great night – thanks to the Team!

Apartment 54 Grand Mariner settled this week – Congratulations to the very happy Seller and Buyers! Also, congratulations to Bren, who negotiated the Contract, which was truly one of those ‘putting the jigsaw puzzles together’ and was only achieved through sheer patience and resilience on everyone’s part!
If you are following the Main Beach market, you will have noticed – there is a real shortage of ‘stock’ right now, which is a good thing. As we all know, no matter what the product - it is all about ‘supply and demand’! And, the demand is definitely here. We have been ‘busy’ this week endeavouring to obtain more ‘supply’ to assist with the ‘demand’, so, once again, watch this space…

On the Gold Coast...
Summer of Surf Round 2
Surf Life Saving's most elite and action-packed series is back for the 2019-2020 season, with three amazing locations throughout Australia. The revamped series has a multitude of new and exciting changes including the additions of our Junior Series.
The event will be held on Friday 13th December through to Saturday 14th December 2019 at the Mermaid Beach Surf Lifesaving Club at 172 Hedges Ave, Mermaid Beach QLD 4218.
On Friday afternoon rising stars of the sport will vie for the last places in Saturday's Ironman and Ironwoman finals.
Saturday morning sees juniors, teams, and individual racing culmination in a finals package starting at 1pm in our central arena.
