There is no other way to describe the ‘vibe’ this past week, other than a very “positive” start to the New Year! Then out of the blue, our local Economist, Clifford Bennett provided the link below to his YouTube video, which provides his view on the property market and in particular the Main Beach market, which is very ‘positive’.
So far this year, we have four new listings, with others pending – a great start to the year!
Featured below is the Villa at 1/42 Tedder Avenue, that we mentioned last week. Whilst it is not yet being released to the broader market until February, due to limited access over the next few weeks, inspections are available for the next week by appointment.
