This week at MBPS Main Beach Property Sales

Do you know that feeling of not quite knowing where to start, when there is so much going on and the brain becomes a little jumbled…? I should not admit this, however, that is a how I am feeling as I commence to write this Newsletter – where do I start? Should we speak, as we often do, of our wonderful Village community? Perhaps not, as we are really sympathising with our friends and locals who are feeling “captive” in Melbourne and are not feeling ‘wonderful’. Do we share the picture of the various flower arrangements and chocolates received by the Team this week, in thanks for some of the ‘small things’ we do – how nice is that! So , I have - not to give ourselves a ‘pat on the back’ but rather to say, “Thank you in return” and, once again to share – what a great space we are in… Thus, our saying this week!
Speaking of ‘space’ we are almost in… Our new MBPS Shop at Shop 4 Tedder Avenue – we hope to move mid-October. So, watch this space and we will share a photograph soon…
I cannot help myself, I must tell just one little “community spirit” story - One of our lovely locals, upon me mentioning other local friends, who she does not know, are in hospital, sent me a text message saying “When your friend and her Son come out of hospital please let me know and I’ll make them some meals”… I read the message to the Team and there was a resounding “Ahhhhhh”. Mind you, one of the Team did suggest that they could do with some home cooking… No, not me!

One of our ‘unmentionable’ Contracts is now unconditional – Apartment 73 Contessa, would have to be amongst one of our quickest sales, going under contract within a week of listing. There was a lot of interest in the apartment, as it presented beautifully, with a stunning renovation and was ‘priced to sell’. We would like to congratulate the happy Seller and Buyers! Also, Carmen, who negotiated the contract in a very timely fashion!
