Sometimes the best helping hand you can give is a good, firm push – Joann Thomas
I realised, when reading our saying this week that we should be very thankful to our current landlord, who 2 years ago, declined our request for a further “Option” on the lease of the premises that we have now occupied for 9 years and that we always thought was the ‘best spot’ in town. Well, this week we settled on our ‘own’ new space and now of course that will be the best spot in town – we are moving ‘up town’… Here is the picture I omitted from our Newsletter last week.
Although, we are due to move next week and our new shop is not quite ready yet, it will be great space and the best position. So, thank you to our landlord for the ‘firm push’!
This bought me to another few sayings that seemed appropriate:
