This week at MBPS Main Beach Property Sales
Individual commitment to a group – that is what makes a Team work…
We are so lucky to have a great team, who have literally ‘rolled up their sleeves’ and got the job done this week. After months of planning and building our new ‘home’, we are here at 25 Tedder Avenue on the best corner in Main Beach. The complex is modern, with the position and our shop front affording us amazing exposure. We feel truly fortunate, even though our stunning new shop is not yet competed - we are here! “Warts and all”, as someone said, i.e. minus most of our furniture and our window displays – so a work in progress, as is the ‘norm’ for us… Thus, we are not sharing a photograph of our new shop just yet, however, watch this space… I couldn’t resist sharing a photo of Wendy at work, with our friend Milly who came to visit amongst it all.
I would like to thank everyone for your support and encouragement and of course the entire MBPS Team who have been living/working through this transition. I am sure the Team will not mind me expressing a special “thank you” to Shelley and Wendy who have in essence ‘moved us’ – it has been heads down and running shoes on. They must have walked kilometres back and forth this week, allowing the balance of the Team to carry on with work as usual – relatively speaking. THANK YOU!
As a result - in Sales this week we have three new contracts and a new listing. The contracts are, once again, not yet unconditional, so ‘unmentionable’… Our ‘unmentionables’ are coming to fruition, one by one, with one such contract from last week now unconditional - 1/35 Breaker Street is now SOLD! So, congratulations to the happy Sellers and Buyers!
Our new listing this week is Apartment 403 Park Lane. Those of you who know Park Lane, will know the ‘03’ style apartments have that extra-large ‘entertainers’ balcony, which extends the living space of the already extremely spacious apartment.
