This week at MBPS Main Beach Property Sales
The future is always beginning now - Mark Strand
The thought of ‘new beginnings’ bought about our saying this week for a number of reasons, not the least being the feeling, whilst settling into our ‘new home’ at 25 Tedder Avenue, of this being ‘our new beginning’, the next chapter in the life of MBPS. There is a very positive vibe surrounding us, not just the positive energy and comments about our lovely new shop, however, also about “bringing the corner to life”… Locals are ‘enthusiastic’ for us – after all we are ‘only just another real estate agency’ – or are we?
Also, I started this Newsletter early hours of last Friday morning prior to heading up to Noosa for my Nephew’s wedding - another ‘new beginning’...
Needless to say, last week’s Newsletter was never finished. I could blame my Nephew, or was it the ‘glass of red’ upon arrival…
As a consequence of my late reporting, five of our New Listings that were to have been highlighted in our Newsletter, are already under Contract, together with another that has been ‘out there’ for a while – making 6 New Contracts… Congratulations to the Team! Once again, those Contracts are not yet unconditional, so we will report further soon…
Another three of our ‘unmentionable’ Contracts are now unconditional and considered ‘sold’. Those being Apartment 54 Pacific views, Apartment 19 The Nelson and Apartment 7 Yachting Towers. So, congratulations to the happy Sellers and Buyers! Also, to Carmen and Claire who negotiated the Contracts.
