This week at MBPS Main Beach Property Sales
A goal without a plan is just a wish…
Firstly, I would like to thank those of you who let me know this week, that it is OK to ‘ramble’ and that you actually enjoy my ‘ramblings’. I do realise that you are possibly the minority, however, ‘thank you’!
It is very rare in my ‘ramblings’ that I speak of the ‘real estate’ market, as I generally leave that to the ‘experts’, of which there are plenty, who look at the broader market, where as we really only speak to the Main Beach market and just beyond at the moment, across ‘the boarders’ to Surfers Paradise and Southport… However, in our 10 years in Main Beach, we have never before experienced the ‘buoyant’ market we find ourselves in right now.
I mention this because some of you may be thinking of selling and not sure of the market, or when is a “good time” to go to market. Well you may not need to… If you are thinking - “if the right offer came along” you would sell, please let us know what the ‘right offer’ is, or of course we would be happy to provide an analysis, to assist your thought process in deciding what the “right offer” would be. There are, of course, no guarantees… However, I liken the current market in Main Beach to a ‘store sale’, where there is limited stock and the stock just ‘walks off the shelves’…
We have had properties listed over the last few weeks that have just ‘walked off the shelf’… Of course, not without the expertise of our ‘talented’ Sales Team, who facilitate the sales. We had another this week - we did not even have a chance to have the photography taken. As I say, “no guarantees” and perhaps only if the thought has been on your mind! We would love to assist…

More of our new furniture arrived this week, so we are ‘almost’ ready to be in a position to obtain photography of our new office, however, in the meantime Wendy snapped this one of me – it might just be my new profile shot… I love our new chair!
