This morning I was looking for ‘inspiration’ to start our Newsletter and came across this saying first up – it made me laugh, so I looked no further. It is so appropriate and fits MBPS just so perfectly, particularly right now with such busy times…

The MBPS Team are giving more than 100% for which I am incredibly grateful – whilst I am sure they all know that their great work is appreciated, I believe it should be acknowledged. It is a little like the look you see on a person’s face when you compliment them on how nice they look – that sounds a little like I am ‘chatting people up’ – No… I just like to let someone know when they stand out and have obviously made an effort… The MBPS Team certainly standout and always make the effort, however, when they are leaving the office at 6:30 or 7pm – you know you have won the lottery…

Yes, busy is an understatement, however, all is going well not only for MBPS but in Main Beach – the ‘vibe’ continues…

All of our new listings are being introduced to our clients only at the moment, prior to going out to the broader market in the event that they do not sell, which appears unlikely, given the current trend…

A new fish shop is coming to Main Beach – this is more than rumour – it is now a fact… Main Beach Fish Grotto will be opening soon and will offer both cooked ‘fish and chips’, together with a selection of fresh fish and as we understand, ‘burgers’.
