This week at MBPS Main Beach Property Sales

There is apparently a perception ‘around town’ that I am too busy - I am not sure why… That is not a good thing, as we never want to appear to be too busy to have time for ‘a chat’. We always have time for a ‘chat’! Perhaps the perception of my ‘busyness’ or is it business… is what my husband would say – “you are always running late”, to which I replied “No, I am always running to be on time”… Perhaps I best stop running, so the perception of “too busy” can be dispelled.
One of our part time locals sent me a lovely message after reading last week’s Newsletter “You seem to be glowing with contentment as I read your newsletter. May it continue”. How nice was that – Thank you Tony! It is true, I am very content with where we are today and the good people I am surrounded by.
Then, I received an amazing bouquet of orange roses for Valentine’s Day from a local couple who we have just sold and bought through MBPS. They are absolutely beautiful, so I shared. The significance of orange apparently being “energy, enthusiasm and passion” – that sounds like us!
In Sales this week we have had two New Contracts and no New Stock… So, great on one hand, however, we will soon be like a ‘general store’ with empty shelves…
One of our new contracts is unconditional, so we would like to congratulation the happy sellers and buyer of Apartment 31 Kings Row Centre, together with Claire, who negotiated the Contract!
Claire also negotiated the second contract, however, as it is not yet ‘unconditional’, it is one of those ‘unmentionables’…
We have a ‘price adjustment’ with Apartment 24 Carrington Court, which is featured below, now listed at $575,000. Great value for this renovated, 2 bedroom apartment, right across the road from the beach - at this price it will ‘walk off the shelf’…
