We have ‘recycled’ the above saying from our Newsletter this time 2 years ago – to show nothing has changed… Although, given that we did not manage to publish a Newsletter last week, perhaps the above theory is not correct… Or, we could say there is a limit to everything, including hours in a day! In our last Newsletter, now a fortnight ago, we wrote of the perception of being too busy and how it may not be a good thing, given that people may feel we do not have time for a ‘chat’, however, we have decided that the saying above covers it all – we are busy and we do have time to chat…
Whilst during our busyness/business we have generated a number of ‘irons in the fire’, many have not yet come to fruition, so a brief update this week and a suggestion to ‘watch this space’…
In Sales:
We have a New Listing which we do not believe will go to market, as these properties, perhaps even more than most right now, are like ‘hen’s teeth’… Unit 2, 35 Breaker Street is a ground floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit in a ‘walk up’ complex of six. The Owner is asking for “Offers over $395,000”, so it will not last long! Inspections are available by appointment with notice, as the Unit is currently tenanted until the end of March.
We have three New Contracts, however, as they are not yet unconditional they are amongst the ‘unmentionable’ Contracts… One of those previously ‘unmentionable’ Contracts is now unconditional, so we would like to say congratulations to the Sellers and Buyers of Apartment 31 Kings Row Centre! Also, to Claire who negotiated the Contract!
We have also had 3 Settlements, with Apartment 60 The Nelson, 9 Calais and the Villa at 24A Lennie Avenue all settling over the past two weeks. So, congratulates to the happy Sellers and Buyers and to the Sales Team, who all had a part in bringing the parties together.
