I believe that I do not need to tell those who know the MBPS Team that we have a unique situation at MBPS… I am sure there are other ‘small’ businesses who have great Teams and whose Team members are like family to each other, however, how many Real Estate Agencies, can boast - “we work as a Team”? This outburst of pride and appreciation, together with our saying this week came about with our introduction of Mary Tatton, who is pictured below, and who is the latest addition to our Sales Team. We are delighted to welcome Mary to the Team and introduce her to you all.
Mary, having owned and operated several successful businesses over the years, has been involved in Sales and Marketing most of her life. She has lived in Main Beach, on and off, since 1991 and whilst she has travelled and lived overseas for many years, she has always retained her connection with Main Beach.
As you will know, from our previous Newsletter and for those of you who are locals and know us – The Team work hard and they are always busy, yet they always make time for a chat, or to feed our local fury friends – don’t worry, they are dogs - certainly up to now… Remember, busy creates business!

In Sales this week -
Mary has her first listing coming up – a truly amazing apartment in Silverpoint. We believe it very unlikely that the apartment will ‘go to market’, as is the case with most properties in the current market and I will be surprised if it is available beyond the end of next week. New Businesses on Tedder
The Fish Grotto, which we mentioned last week has apparently been very popular, having ‘sold out’ on a number of occasions… I had hoped to have dinner there last evening and enjoy a glass, or two, of their red, which is on tap and apparently delish - the red and the fish and chips… However, they had once again ‘sold out’!
The Birdcage, also mentioned last week, is apparently opening this coming Tuesday, May 11th. We will endeavour to visit during the week and report in - for those of you who cannot experience for yourself at this time.
