Persistent we have been or is that ‘consistent’ or both…
On another note – The heading of our last newsletter was “Try to be a rainbow in someone's cloud”. It is obvious when you meet Wendy, our Director of First Impressions, that she aims to be just that every day. This week Wendy received a beautiful gift, the pendant (pictured above), from one of our gorgeous local friends who said, “that is what you are to us every time we see you”. When the ‘pendant’ is opened engraved inside is “You are my sunshine” … Thank you Kaylene and Brian! Also, thank you Wendy, for all you do not only when at the reception desk, but behind the scenes…
We have been equally as busy in Property Management this week – with applications for tenancy received on all properties, even those that have not yet been advertised, including Unit 2, 10 Albert Avenue, Broadbeach, which was leased this week at $550 per week.
