The Gift of Words… ‘They’ say actions speak louder than words… Or at least that is what I was taught as I grew up… However, this week we received ‘words’ that lifted us and made us feel good, as you do when you are given a kind gift. So, we would like to thank those of you who wrote to us in response to last weeks Newsletter with such kind words and our Sellers and Buyers who have provide us with great reviews! This week must have been ‘The gift of words’ week…
We are finding in this incredibly competitive market now that we really do need Reviews. If you are like me, we grew up in a world without the need for reviews, social media, Google … A good name and reputation in business was built on relationships, trust, integrity, and service – now sadly it appears that it is built on reviews and perception. Fortunately, we are in a little ‘village’, where ‘actions do speak louder than words’, however, I am still told that I must ask for ‘reviews’ – so I am ‘putting it out there’ – if you have had a good experience with the MBPS Team, please take a moment to leave a brief, or lengthy if you like, review - believe it or not via “Google” by following the link below...
This week in the life of MBPS has been one of those where we have all been ‘chipping away’, so to speak, endeavouring to source homes for those buyers who are looking almost in despair, as there is just so little available. We do have a few more “quiet listings” where the Owners do not want to ‘go to market’, however, will sell if the opportunity presents itself… So, here’s to putting those pieces of the puzzle together!

The Contract on Apartment 39 Carrington Court settled this week, so congratulations to the happy Sellers and Buyers! Also, Claire who bought the parties together.
One of our unmentionable Contracts is now unconditional so considered “SOLD” – Congratulations to the happy Sellers and Buyers of Apartment 58 De Ville and to Carmen who negotiated the Contract!
