This week at MBPS Main Beach Property Sales
Just another day in Paradise…
I say it daily and now almost feel guilty making the statement, when so many of our fellow Australia’s are now not free to even join us for a holiday. I hesitated to publish this photograph taken yesterday from Xanadu, however, this morning thought – it might just brighten someone’s day! I know it did mine, as beauty always does.
So, for those of you who cannot visit ‘for now’ we will endeavour to share Main Beach with you via Instagram and Facebook – yes, I actually know what they are… We are joining the rest of modern day society in ‘posting’ regularly to keep in touch – so please ‘follow’ us via the links below!
For those of you who do not know Xanadu, it is a dual building complex, directly across the road from the beach, which as you can see, has magnificent views. Unfortunately, there are not any apartments available for sale and there is a waiting list of people who have chosen to buy in the building…
There is in fact very little for sale in Main Beach, however, we do have a New Listing – Apartment 16D Sunbird. This 2 bedroom apartment, in the ever popular Sunbird Beach Resort, is architecturally renovated like no other we have seen in Sunbird… It has been renovated with flair and vision turning the hall cupboard into a TV/Sitting room. Speaking of renovation, featured below is Apartment 1204 Maldives mentioned in our last Newsletter. We have another two New Contracts, however, once again ‘unmentionable’ due to their conditions…

We have also had two Settlements this week - Apartment 58 De Ville and Apartment 32 Ocean Pacific. Congratulations to the happy Sellers and Buyers and to Carmen and Claire respectively!
In Property Management, we have leased the three bedroom apartment in The Meriton at $760.00 per week and the two bedroom apartment in Scalinada at $525.00 per week. We only have 3 properties left to rent and as usual, we need more properties to meet the rental demand!
