This week at MBPS

I was searching this morning for an appropriate saying to welcome our two new Australian Citizens – our Director of First Impressions, Wendy and Samira, my PA, pictured here. I did not search for long, not because I ran out of steam, but rather because I found this saying and thought how appropriate for both, as that is exactly what they do. I know that those of you who know them will agree!
We would like to say Congratulations, once again, to the ‘girls’ – they are so excited, as we are for them…
As you know from our Newsletter last week, we did something unpresented for MBPS and closed our doors early on Friday to join Wendy and Samira at Macintosh Park for a celebratory ‘Aussie BBQ’ and a glass, or two, of champus. A wonderful time was had by all, and I must thank them both for ‘making it happen’. So much so, that I have suggested a quarterly Team outing, with a slight early close on a Friday once a quarter. I am sure they do not believe me; however, we must make it happen… We are thinking of ‘barefoot bowls’ next…

An update on our week –
We have 4 New Contracts, however, 2 are ‘unmentionable’ at this stage, as not yet unconditional. The 2 unconditional are Apartment 2 De Ville and 1B Sunbird, so congratulations to the happy Sellers and Buyers! Also, to Carmen who brought the parties together!
I keep describing Real Estate right now as, like a factory with a conveyor belt – the properties come in and, in most cases, they go straight out... We can simply not keep up the supply with the demand.
