Is there any better place in the world to live than Main Beach? It is like success - ‘beauty is in the eye of the beholder’… To me ‘success’ is what makes you happy. To walk down the beach path this morning - a ‘waving’ lunatic on a bike coming the other way – waving at me with someone in between, who said as I passed by “I am pleased she knows you, as I had no idea” – we both had a good laugh… Then a young man with a baby, who offered a smile without any encouragement - the baby, not the young man - simple things that make us feel good… What a wonderful world!
Nowadays the definition of success, in the main, seems to relate to ‘wealth’ and ‘possessions’ - I suppose it is healthy to be ‘ambitious’…
This week has been another successful week, not only because we have been 'achieving' but simply because we enjoyed our time with the locals, their kindness and the laughs they provide…
