Caring came to mind today, as I wanted to say “thank you” to those who kindly took the time to show they ‘care’ this week. Not only dropping in to say ‘hello’ or keeping us informed, however, we received several ‘feel good’ emails this week from our MBPS friends, far and near - some just keeping in touch; others referring business and some even testing my cognitive skills – which I am pleased to say I passed…
I know we say it constantly, however, how truly fortunate are we to be part of this beautiful Village and community – which of course includes all of you part-time locals and those wishing to be… Thank you!
It is difficult to believe that a week has passed since we ‘put our runners on’… I must confess, we did go back to our heels, as the ‘runners’ were not such a success, both with the Team and the locals, who just did not see us in ‘runners’… In saying that, we certainly continued to need them…
Apartment 92 De Ville was sold, achieving a very satisfactory price to the Sellers and leaving an incredibly happy Buyer. So, congratulations to all parties, including Carmen who negotiated the Contract.
Once again, we found ourselves in a ‘multiple offer’ situation, which sadly left Buyers not achieving their aim of owning in De Ville. That is the second within 2 weeks…
We had a second Contract this week, which is not ‘mentionable’, as it is not yet unconditional…
One of our former ‘unmentionable’ Contracts is now unconditional - Apartment 43 The Meriton is now unconditional, so SOLD! Congratulations to the happy Sellers and Buyers! Also, to Claire who brought the parties together!
Featured below is Apartment 38 Kings Row South, which we mentioned last week. It is a large 85m2 1 bedroom that has been very cleverly redesigned leaving potential for a small guest room. It also features a large brand new kitchen and is listed at only $545,000. As we said last week with the refurbishment and the views it is unlikely that the apartment will go to the broader market.
