I believe this applies to life in general, no matter what your goal… In fact, do we ever really reach our goal? It seems to me that someone keeps moving the ‘goal post’ – or is that just me? Enough is never enough and good enough is certainly never good enough… I also think that is a good thing, not a bad thing – it keeps us on our toes…
This certainly applied to the extension to our shop, which finally opened this week after 4 months in the making… We all know how difficult it is to secure time with a ‘tradie’ these days – let alone a team of them. We are looking a little ‘odd’ now, as the new awning for the new ‘space’ has not yet arrived and our new awnings that did arrive are not finished correctly… A working in progress and a reminder of another saying – “patience is a virtue”… We are, in any event, very pleased with our new additional space!
Speaking of patience - we are very patiently awaiting New Listings… There are a few in the pipeline – so once again, please ‘watch this space’!
We do have an authority to sell a “secret”, as we do from time to time – a 4 bedroom home in Main Beach. A near new, very nicely appointed home, with …. living/entertainment space, plus media room or potentially a 5th bedroom. One of our ‘unmentionable’ Contracts is now ‘unconditional’ and therefore considered “SOLD”. Apartment 5A The Inlet was sold within days, prior to going to market or in fact prior to getting photography... So, congratulations to the very happy Sellers and Buyers! Also, to Carmen and myself who bought the parties together!
We have also had 2 New Contracts this week, the details of which are ‘unmentionable’, as they are not yet unconditional. Definitely – more stock required!
The contract on Apartment 61 Contessa settled last week. This was one of those properties we sourced for our local friends from our local friends… A match made in heaven, leaving all parties very happy. Congratulations to the very happy Sellers and Buyers!
