Well, we started our Easter off to a great start on Thursday with a well-deserved and overdue glass of ‘Champagne’, or two, with lots of laughs over our ‘chicken race’… Yes, call us ‘mad’ however, we call it ‘Team madness’ – you thought I was going to say “Team Building” … That we have done, and continue to do each day by simply working together, as a Team!
Whilst looking for a saying for our Newsletter, I recalled our good friend “Pearl”, who provided our saying in 2018 by calling us ‘All good eggs” and I thought it appropriate, once again. Pearl, who is considered one of the Team, as he will assist and come to our rescue without hesitation – remember we are a Team of 10 women, so a male’s assistance is very much appreciated from time to time – Pearl took this photo on Thursday… I just realised, for those of you who do not know “Pearl”, that is clearly our ‘nick name’ for him…
Together with the Team photo, which is sadly missing 2 members, I have included the photograph of the Easter Hat ‘creations’ that I mentioned last week and omitted to include. We will provide an update next week on the Easter Egg Hunt and Hat Parade which is on today in Tedder Ave.
I thought I would share a ‘clip’ from the ‘All good eggs’ Newsletter in 2018 “…we thought we would share The Team, having a celebratory drink, with Mr. Jeeves – to say, “Happy Easter” and Congratulations to our clients and to The Team – It has been a long time between drinks… Only because we have not had time to celebrate!” – nothing has changed…
In an endeavour to, not ‘speak about business’, but in fairness to our Sellers and Buyers, we have featured below 2 of our recent listings, the 2 bedroom, mid-floor apartment in Xanadu, which was mentioned last week and a new listing, which is unique, being a 4 bedroom ‘courtyard’ apartment on Level 1 in the near new Cerulean…
We must also congratulate the happy Sellers and Buyers of 15/84 High Street, which settled this week! Also, congratulations to Claire, who bought the parties together!
